How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all orders within the EU and Switzerland. We ship to the US and the UK for a flat additional fee of €15 per order.

When can I expect my biotikur balance package to arrive?
It takes 1-2 business days to prepare your order, and then max 7-10 business days for shipments to arrive at your door. You should expect your package to arrive within 8-12 business days after purchase.

Orders shipped to Malta and Cyprus are sent via DHL and may be fulfilled by local business partners (e.g. MaltaPost and CyprusPost). Orders shipped to Malta and Cyprus may take up to 21 business days to arrive.

Subscription purchases will renew on an ongoing basis, so your refill for the next month will arrive just in time for when you’ll need it next.
